Tariffs: Seasonal rates and minimum booking periods may apply.
Check-In: is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in / late check-out is by arrangement.
Cancellation / Refund Policy: For all cancellations the Boutique Motel management reserve the right to charge for any nights / units unable to be resold due to the cancelled booking.
Credit Card Guarantees: On-line and phone reservations require authorisation of a current credit card name and number. 1 days booking will be charged at the time of confirmation & this will be credited as your deposit.
Changes In Reservation Time: Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability. Earlier departure than the reserved date(s) may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to relet the booked accommodation.
Smoking: By law this is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests - especially children. In the event of someone having smoked inside any unit the management will make a charge against the registered guests credit card.This will be to recover additional cleaning costs.

November 2010 from our Canadian guests who left their jackets in their room on check out. Two working days and 650km away they are reunited. They write ...... "They're here! Arrived at 9:30am Tuesday just in time for 20Cday. Joan not putting them in the closet but in the car. Will we forget them there when we return the car? Joan really happy as she enjoys her jacket.
Canada-New Zealand relations continue to be super, EH!

Customer Comments: Very good service, nice quiet rooms back from the main road so no noise. Staff even put a towel on my car window so that I didn''t have to defrost on frosty mornings (nice touch)

Booked at short notice - 4 adults and 2mo. baby. We struck it right. Were upgraded to a two room unit so grandparents could get some sleep with the grandchild wakeful! No extra charge. A great night in very pleasant surroundings. Highly recommended.

The high standard of service, accommodation and friendliness surprised me during my stay at this lovely motel. I regularly travel as part of my job and have not felt this happy for sometime in relation to service and standard.The hostess was lovely and friendly. I left each morning to attend my fitness class and each morning there had been a towel placed on the windowscreen of my car, which kept it clear of frost. Excellent. I would certainly recommend this accommodation, the rooms were wonderfully clean and tidy. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable. Cathy

Dear Owners (Sorry don't know your names, how rude of me)
On behalf of the Canterbury Red Hawks Softball Team I would like to take this opportunity of thanking you for your help during our overnight stay on Saturday night. As a manager it is terrific for our team when we are able to get our jobs such as laundry and food done with a minimum of fuss and you certainly made both of those tasks easy for me.
Sports teams rely on excellent accommodation and I know the players really appreciate what is done for them and we wanted to thank you for your help during the week end.
